Here are our grand total numbers for how much of each vegetable we harvested in 2012. We calculated that we saved $414 in produce and only had to invest $13 in seeds and compost this year. We are still eating Zucchini and Okra that we stored in the freezer. This weekend we worked out in the garden and got it ready for planting this spring. We are ready for spring to be here so we can try growing some new vegetables this year!

Very impressive and delicious!!! I'm challenged ... and ... ready for some dirt therapy! I should be able to plant cool weather crops in 3 or 4 weeks!
